I am a midwestern latchkey kid raised on public television.
Shows like Marty Stouffer’s Wild America, the American Experience, Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom, and the travels of Rick Steves were my favorites and have inspired me to get out and see the world.
I am now traveling in a self-converted mini van taking pictures and videos along the way : in search of great food : and sharing the tips and advice I have gained being an on-call service tech.

It should be noticeable that I am doing the best that I can to build a life for myself that I do not have to take a vacation from. Documenting and sharing my life is not anything that I would characterize as work. In fact, I readily admit that it a blessing and a privilage.
